What is your standard shipping and handling procedure?
Ground transportation is our standard shipping method. You should generally allow 5-8 days maximum in the United States. For other international shipments, please allow up to 3 to 6 weeks for delivery.
Do you offer an expedited or premium shipping and handling alternative?
Faster domestic shipping is available at an additional cost. Contact us for pricing.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt unless products purchased are identified as currently backordered. Backorders are generally shipped within 3 to 4 weeks.
Since part of my purchase is backordered will I have to pay more for shipping and handling?
If the order is shipped separately because of the backorder status of one item, you will receive part now and part of the order at a later date. You willnot be charged twice for shipping and handling.
If I send my purchased items to different addresses can I still pay one rate for shipping & handling?
Our single rate S&H policy is only available if the items are purchased at the same time and shipped to a single address. Shipments to separate addresses will be treated as multiple orders and therefore be subject to additional costs.
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Upon inspection of the item and when it is determined to be in acceptable condition for restocking, a refund of the price of the product, minus a 10% restocking fee, will be processed. If purchased with a credit card, the original credit card will be credited whenever possible. Otherwise a company check will be mailed to the original purchaser at the originally specified billing address. All orders must be returned within 30 days of receipt to receive a full refund.

When returning an item do I have to pay for the S&H to send it back to you?
Yes. All return items must have prepaid S&H when received by us otherwise the item(s) will not be accepted.
How would I go about canceling an existing order?
Cancellations are allowed before the order is shipped. Contact Customer Service for assistance.
Do I have to pay Sales Taxes on my purchase?
Orders shipped to the state California will pay state tax. Tax exemptions will only be made if a tax exempt status can be verified at the time of order. Contact customer service for more information.

Are there Educational or bulk order discounts available for my purchases?
Dr. Memory is committed to supporting our direct buyers that are engaged in the Education of others. We offer volume discounts for purchasers that order identical items, in quantity, and shipped to a single location. While purchases in quantities of less than five receive no bulk order discount, the flat rate nature of our shipping and handling charges will allow for savings over placing individual orders.
